5 Relaxing Activities to clear your mind

Hello Yoga Lovers!


Sometimes our lives are so full of everyday responsibilities that we need a minute to breathe. Whatever obligations we have, we must always find some time for ourselves because if we do not charge our batteries then we will reach a point of pressure and overwork. Even a short break in our day does well both in our bodies and minds.


Some activities I do for myself when I feel I need a break are: A walk in my neighborhood or in nature, reading a book, doing breathing & relaxation techniques, doing yoga, and meditating.
