Delicious Pancakes with oats

Good morning Yoga lovers!


As everyone says, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What a better way to start our day with delicious pancakes with oats.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups Oat or Oat flour

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oil


TOPPINGS IDEAS

  • Maple syrup or honey

  • Yoghurt

  • Fresh Berries

  • Seasonal fruit

  • Almonds


DIRECTIONS

  1. If you don't have oat flour, place oat in a blender and blend it.

  2. Place all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and whisk until combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the oil.

  4. With a ladle, pour the batter into the pan in round circles. Cook one side until you see little bubbles starting to form. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the pancakes are golden.

  5. Serve with any toppings of your choice.
