Delicious Pancakes with oats

Good morning Yoga lovers!
As everyone says, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What a better way to start our day with delicious pancakes with oats.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups Oat or Oat flour
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
TOPPINGS IDEAS
Maple syrup or honey
Yoghurt
Fresh Berries
Seasonal fruit
Almonds
DIRECTIONS
If you don't have oat flour, place oat in a blender and blend it.
Place all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the oil.
With a ladle, pour the batter into the pan in round circles. Cook one side until you see little bubbles starting to form. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the pancakes are golden.
Serve with any toppings of your choice.
