My journey with Yoga

Hello yoga lovers!

My yoga experience started 7 years ago when I was studying in the UK. In the beginning, I used yoga as a physical exercise to get stronger and more flexible. A year later, one of my teachers showed me that yoga is not only a physical activity but there is much more to it. That was the time when I started to do online research about yoga and its history, read books and watch videos. Through my research, I felt more interested in Yoga and wanted to learn more and more. Yoga was just a physical activity for me but, it turned out to be my passion. From that moment yoga was part of my life.

Yoga changed my life for the better when I had to cope with stress and depression. It made me focus on the present, forgetting about the past and not worry about the future. Yoga and meditation helped me nourish my soul, be a better version of myself, to love and be kind to myself and to know that I can overcome any barriers that come to my life. I found my inner peace and became stronger physically and mentally.

In 2018, I decided that I wanted to enrich my knowledge in yoga and become a yoga instructor to share my love for yoga with other people and see them change their own lives as well. So, in 2019 I received my diploma in Yoga.

I hope through my blog you can see a new world filled with yoga, meditation and positive feelings and thoughts. I hope this journey will help you discover that "something" that will change your life for the better.
